All orders from our site must be pre-paid prior to shipment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover,

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service standard ground delivery. Packages should arrive within 3-5 days. All orders
are subject to 2 day processing. Charge for shipping is $1.00 per item, plus a $1.00 handling fee for the entire order. All
orders over $40.00 will receive automatic FREE SHIPPING. If you would like a faster shipping method, please email our

RETURN POLICY
Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry, exchanges can only be accepted for items still inside their sterile pouch. Please
inspect your body jewelry for defects before opening the pouch. If you find a defect, we will replace your jewelry with
the exact same item, provided you contact us and receive an exchange code. If you have a question about a return, please
email us at sales-moltenjewelry @ thepriviagroup.com with your order number, and the problem with your merchandise.
